Role Overview: Learning Assistant for Diverse Students

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Learning Assistant for Diverse Students. In this role, you will work closely with students who require additional support to engage fully with their education.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with neurodiverse conditions
  • Develop and implement tailored learning plans to meet the needs of each student
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure seamless communication and support

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Recent graduate degree in Psychology or related field
  • Relevant experience working with students with neurodiverse conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
