Principal Database Analyst Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Database Analyst to join our team in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in database management systems, including transactional and analytical databases, as well as expertise in concurrent/parallel algorithms and data structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of database researchers and analysts
  • Design and implement new database systems and architectures
  • Analyse and optimize database performance

Requirements:

  • MSc or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in database research and development
  • Strong leadership and management skills

Estimated Salary: £100,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
