Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

The Just Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join their team. As a trusted advisor to management, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic initiatives in talent management and employee development to build and sustain a high-performance workforce.
  • Work closely with leadership to identify, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering expertise on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven decision making and provide regular reporting.
  • Lead HR projects and take ownership of HR-specific projects.
  • Develop and execute initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction across the site.
  • Lead retention strategies by identifying key drivers of employee turnover and recommending actions to mitigate risk.
  • Resolve complex employee relation issues, ensuring alignment with company values and culture.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and work with senior leadership to facilitate organizational redesigns.
  • Provide guidance on compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Support annual compensation planning and drive the implementation and continuous improvement of performance management processes.
