Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clerical Officer to join our team on a jobshare basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our customers and colleagues, ensuring a high level of service and efficiency in all aspects of the role.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to customers and colleagues, including handling cash transactions and dealing with customer enquiries.
* Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
* Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare documents and reports, and perform data entry tasks.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements

* Minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, including English and Maths, or relevant experience in a similar post.
* At least 6 months relevant clerical experience, including experience of handling cash transactions and working in a customer-facing role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
