Job Title: Chief Operating Officer, COO (Hybrid/Fractional)

About the Role:
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will play a crucial role in driving the strategic direction of the organization. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate current workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement and develop frameworks for performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in to strategic objectives.
  • Develop and execute a documented operational strategy, including a clear roadmap for implementation and associated key performance indicators.

Requirements:
This role requires a proven track record of operational excellence and strategic expertise, with experience in sectors such as insurance, consumer electronics, home appliances, manufacturing, or automotive. The ideal candidate will have a strong working style and approach, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid/fractional capacity.

Working Arrangements:
This is a 3-day week role, with an expected duration of 12 months. The successful candidate will be based in a remote location and will be required to work independently, with minimal supervision.
