Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Teaching Assistant to join our team, supporting students at secondary level in a dynamic and inclusive environment. As a member of our team, you will work closely with classroom teachers, assisting with lesson delivery, supporting students with their learning, and promoting a positive learning experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support students with their learning, providing individualized attention and guidance when needed.
  • Assist with lesson preparation, helping to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
  • Foster a positive learning environment, promoting social skills and emotional intelligence among students.
  • Help with the preparation of teaching materials and resources, ensuring high-quality educational experiences.
  • Assist students with special educational needs (SEN) where required, providing tailored support and accommodations.
  • Monitor and record student progress, reporting back to teachers, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Encourage students to engage actively in their learning, promoting a love of education and a growth mindset.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with students of varying abilities, and have a strong passion for education, making a real difference in the lives of our students.

Salary and Benefits:
