About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Professional to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Residential Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people with learning disabilities, Autism, epilepsy, and associated behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to our young people, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Support our young people in accessing a range of activities and experiences that promote their physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, adhering to our high standards of care and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a residential childcare environment (preferred).
  • Level 3 Children's and Young People or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
  • Able to work unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends.
