About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Professional to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Residential Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people with learning disabilities, Autism, epilepsy, and associated behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing individualized care and support to our young people, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Supporting our young people in their daily activities, including education, leisure, and therapeutic programs.
  • Ensuring a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social development of our young people.

Requirements:

  • Experience in residential childcare or a related field.
  • Level 3 Children's and Young People qualification or equivalent.
  • Able to work unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends.
