Residential Support Worker Opportunity

As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to our children, including assisting with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and engaging in activities that promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of our children and young people. You will be a team player who is committed to delivering high-quality care and support, and who is able to work unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends.

Essential qualifications include experience in a residential childcare environment, and a Level 3 Children's and Young People qualification (or equivalent). You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and to communicate effectively with children, young people, and colleagues.
