Streetworks Coordinator

Trinity Management is a joint venture between Enzen and Sapphire Utility Solutions, partnering with Cadent to deliver a safer, more resilient, and sustainable gas system to communities in the West Midlands.
The RoleThis is a critical position within the street works team, reporting to the Streetworks Manager, responsible for submitting permits to local authorities and managing the day-to-day running of permits.
Key Responsibilities- Submit permits to local authorities and ensure compliance with NRSWA requirements.
- Collate and distribute start and closure reports via email.
- Chase Local Delivery Partners (LDPs) on due starts, closures, or possible extensions.
- Collate and distribute comments and challenges reports via email.
- Submit variations to permits via SAP.
- Upload documents to Street Manager, including TM Applications and CADs.
- Attend planning meetings as necessary.
- Collaborate with other coordinators to share insights and best practices.
- Liaise with Local Authorities and LDPs.
- Good level of general education.
- Previous experience in similar roles or organizations.
- Genuine interest in Streetworks and the utility industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage workload and establish priorities.
- Strong decision-making skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
- Self-motivated and able to learn quickly.
- Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.
- Willingness to undertake further training as required.
- Valid Streetworks card (desirable).
- Effective communicator.
- Analytical skills to interpret detailed information and regulations.
- Ability to work to and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to liaise with staff and operatives at all levels.
- Ability to work as a member of a team, but also capable of working independently.
- High-quality standards, e.g., attention to detail.
- Ability to negotiate and influence.
