12 month FTC- Maternity Cover- Starting December

This is an integral role within the street works team, reporting to the Streetworks Manager, assisting in the delivery of the business goals by submitting permits to the local authority and managing the day to day running of the permits.

Working with LDPs, you will ensure compliance with NRSWA requirements, for the planning and completion of works, to comply with Permit and Noticing legislation by Local Authorities and Highways England.

Accountable for day to day management of permit applications, monitoring start closure, inputting amendments adding comments and responding to challenges. All to meet the requirements of the NRSWA 1974.

Submitting permits to the local authorities
submitting any variations to the permit via SAP
TM Applications & CADs
Attend planning meetings as and when necessary.
Attend regular meetings via teams with the planning department discuss any challenges and opportunities.
liaise with Local Authorities and LDPs


Willingness to undertake further training as required.
