About the RoleThe PBS Practitioner will work directly with individuals, families, and other professionals to create and implement tailored support plans that promote positive change and independence. This involves assessing behavioural needs, training staff and family members, and monitoring progress.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced PBS professional to contribute to our team's mission and make a significant difference in the lives of our service users. If you possess a strong understanding of PBS principles, excellent communication skills, and experience working with individuals with complex needs, we encourage you to apply.
Salary: £27,500 per annum + mileage reimbursement (subject to completion of Level 4 BTEC Positive Behavioural Support Qualification)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and review comprehensive support plans in collaboration with the individual and their support network
- Provide coaching and training to staff and family members on positive behaviour support techniques
- Work flexibly across multiple locations within the designated regions, with travel mileage reimbursed
- Monitor, evaluate, and adapt interventions to ensure continued progress and satisfaction
