Agility Resourcing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Sustainability Officer to lead our Corporate Responsibility programme.

About the Role:
We are looking for a talented individual to head up our CSR programme, driving sustainability initiatives and ensuring the company's environmental impact is minimized. As Chief Sustainability Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our three-year sustainability programme, working closely with stakeholders to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy, aligning with the company's overall vision and objectives.
- Lead the development of sustainable organizational policies and practices, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including employees, management, and the board of directors.
- Collaborate with external partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to drive sustainability initiatives and achieve our goals.
- Develop and manage governance arrangements for sustainability, ensuring effective reporting and communication.
- Use data and analytics to drive sustainability efforts, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
- Research and stay up-to-date on the latest sustainability trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement education and training programmes for employees on sustainability and CSR.
- Manage outreach activities, including stakeholder engagement and community relations.
- Develop and maintain sustainability reports, presentations, and proposals for various stakeholders.
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in sustainability and CSR. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies and programmes.
- Strong knowledge of sustainability regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop strategies to address sustainability challenges.
