Job Title: Chief Sustainability Officer

Agility Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Sustainability Officer to lead our corporate responsibility programme.

Location: United Kingdom

Job Type: Permanent

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to head up our CSR programme, working closely with our team to develop and implement sustainable organisational policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a three-year sustainability programme for the organisation.
  2. Review and assess organisational processes and policies to ensure they are aligned with our sustainability goals.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  4. Manage and report on sustainability data to drive change across the organisation.
  5. Research and stay up-to-date with the latest sustainability trends and best practices.
  6. Develop and implement an environmental strategy to improve our credentials and set future emissions targets.
  7. Encourage and support employee volunteering on sustainability projects.
  8. Develop and maintain methodologies to assess the viability and success of sustainability initiatives.
  9. Manage outreach activities and identify opportunities for sustainability education and training.
  10. Develop and present sustainability reports and proposals to various stakeholders.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in corporate responsibility and sustainability. You will have a proven track record of implementing successful sustainability programmes and a deep understanding of the financial services industry.
