Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Professional to join our team at Agility Resourcing. As our Chief Sustainability Officer, you will play a key role in driving our company's sustainability agenda and ensuring that our operations are environmentally responsible.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy that aligns with our company's values and goals.
  2. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of our sustainability performance and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable practices and policies.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.
  5. Communicate our sustainability efforts and progress to internal and external stakeholders through various channels.
  6. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to reduce our environmental impact and improve our sustainability performance.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sustainability and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
  8. Develop and manage sustainability reports and other materials to communicate our progress to stakeholders.
  9. Provide training and support to employees on sustainability-related topics and promote a culture of sustainability within the organization.
  10. Identify and mitigate potential sustainability risks and opportunities.
  11. Develop and implement a sustainability governance framework to ensure accountability and transparency.
  12. Collaborate with the leadership team to integrate sustainability into our business strategy and decision-making processes.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in sustainability and environmental management.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sustainability strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sustainability.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the financial services industry.
