About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer to lead our client's high-growth fintech firm. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for driving the company's technology strategy and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of the company's technology roadmap and strategy
  • Oversee the design and implementation of cloud-native architecture
  • Manage a team of 15 engineers, including Java backend engineers, QA, DevOps, Product owner, and Data engineers
  • Collaborate with the CEO and other stakeholders to drive business growth and innovation
  • Develop and implement security audits and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in fintech and AI

Requirements:

  • Strong people management and project management experience
  • Strategic thinker with a strong track-record of management
  • Experience with AWS, APIs, Microservices, and Java
  • Experience with AI and ChatGPT is a plus
  • Experience in security audits
