Home-based Adult Support Worker

We are looking for a Home-based Adult Support Worker to join our team. As a Home-based Adult Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support to adults in their own homes.
Your role will involve assisting individuals with daily living skills, such as personal care and meal preparation. You will also help individuals attend day services, work placements, or volunteer activities.
The ideal candidate will be empathetic, patient, and able to build strong relationships with the individuals they support. You will also need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
Benefits:
