The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of University personnel, property and equipment, reporting directly to the Duty Operations Manager/Shift Manager.

This is a fixed term and ongoing position available with the opportunity to work flexible hours. A rotating shift pattern across a 24-hour period, 365 days per year, is required.

As part of the Estates and Facilities team, you will also be responsible for providing quality service to students, staff and members of the public.

A full current valid driving licence is essential as this role requires driving a Security Services vehicle.

Benefits include 26 days holiday plus approx. 16 Bank Holidays/days that the University is closed, generous pension scheme options, life assurance, access to on-site childcare and shopping discounts.

Salary estimate: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
