Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance and Improvement Specialist to join our team at BYLOR Joint Venture. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality control and assurance across our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with project teams and suppliers to ensure quality requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Provide training and guidance to site personnel on quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Conduct audits and reviews to ensure quality control processes are effective and efficient.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance quality control processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and suppliers.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on quality control activities and results.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in quality control and assurance, preferably in a construction or engineering industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and industry standards, including ISO 9001:2015.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with quality management software and systems.
  • Knowledge of construction techniques and processes, including reinforced concrete and post-tensioning.
  • Experience with auditing and quality control procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a business setting.
