We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance and Improvement Specialist to join our team at BYLOR Joint Venture. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality control and improvement across our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality control procedures and industry standards.
- Identify and report potential quality defects and issues, and work with the team to implement corrective actions.
- Validate quality inspection records and ensure that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that their products and services meet our quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement and excellence.
- Provide training and coaching to site personnel on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Work closely with the project team to ensure that quality control is integrated into all aspects of the project.
- Proven experience in quality control and assurance, preferably in a construction or engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and industry standards, including ISO 9001:2015.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
