Job Overview

BYLOR Joint Venture is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance and Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality control and improvement across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Surveillance and Control
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality control processes and identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with site delivery teams to ensure compliance with quality control procedures and protocols.
  • Quality Improvement Initiatives
    • Develop and implement quality improvement plans to address identified areas of concern.
    • Work closely with the technical and delivery teams to improve inspection procedures and processes.
  • Training and Development
    • Deliver targeted quality improvement training to site personnel.
    • Assess and improve the quality culture on site.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with site delivery teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless quality control processes.
    • Collaborate with the Joint Quality Improvement team to drive quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in quality control and improvement roles, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
