We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Improvement Specialist to join our Technical Communities team in the South West of England.
As a Quality Improvement Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of the Quality Improvement Team and performing other Quality Improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and investigate improvement opportunities, including technical research, data analysis, and business case development.
- Site Quality Reporting, including distribution of daily non-conformance reports and management of site quality dashboards.
- Contribute to improvement projects, including setting up workshops, data analysis, and trials.
- Support the Quality Improvement Manager in delivering presentations and reporting to senior leadership.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and political awareness within a large client organization.
- Conflict resolution involving multiple stakeholders.
- Facilitation skills, including experience in leading workshops and brainstorming sessions.
- Data Analysis Skills, including use of statistical models and data visualizations.
