Summer School Centre Manager for IH London

As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring the well-being and safety of our students, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the centre's operations, including staff supervision, student welfare, and academic programs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Head Office to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and control centre finances, including petty cash and resources.

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • First aid and safeguarding training.
