Summer School Centre Manager (Residential in Oxford)

International House London is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Manager to lead our summer school programme in Oxford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential centre, providing exceptional student care, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, including staff supervision, student welfare, and centre maintenance.
  • Develop and implement centre policies and procedures to ensure compliance with International House London's standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the centre team to deliver high-quality programmes and activities that meet the needs of our students.
  • Ensure effective communication and liaison with Head Office, staff, students, and parents.
  • Monitor and control centre finances, including petty cash and centre credit card transactions.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the centre meets International House London's standards.
  • Assist with the recruitment and training of centre staff.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in centre management or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to motivate and support a team.
