International House London is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Manager to lead our summer school programme in Oxford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential centre, providing exceptional student care, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, including staff supervision, student welfare, and centre maintenance.
  • Develop and implement centre policies and procedures to ensure compliance with International House London's standards.
  • Collaborate with the Head Office team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Lead staff training and development programmes to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and evaluate centre performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in centre management, preferably in an educational setting.
