Cleaning and Maintenance Staff

Compass UK & Ireland Careers seeks an experienced Cleaning and Maintenance Staff member to join our team in delivering excellent cleaning services for Chartwells, contracted to 25 hours per week.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning and maintaining multiple areas within the building
- Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard
- Regularly sanitising surface areas, floors, windows, and other touchpoints
- Carrying out additional cleaning tasks as needed, such as swiftly mopping up spills
- Correctly disposing of bin waste
- Ensuring a clean, presentable, and safe environment for visitors by adhering to established policies and procedures
- Familiarising yourself with health & safety guidelines when operating equipment
This role offers a competitive salary of £14,000 - £17,000 per annum, depending on experience, and benefits including opportunities for career growth and development.
