Job Title: Head of Employee Experience

Tide Partnership is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Employee Experience to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing employee engagement strategies that drive business results.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional with a proven track record of driving employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives, and diversity and inclusion. You will work closely with senior leadership to align engagement strategies with broader business objectives and ensure efficient and employee-friendly HR service delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies that drive business results
  • Lead employee relations initiatives, ensuring strong relations between leadership and staff
  • Champion wellbeing initiatives that support the mental and physical health of employees
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align engagement strategies with broader business objectives
  • Ensure efficient and employee-friendly HR service delivery processes
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in a senior HR role with a strong focus on employee engagement and experience strategy
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent)
  • Proven ability to lead employee engagement initiatives and improve workplace culture in a multi-site or federated organisation
  • Experience in employee relations, including working in unionised environments
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels
