Meeting and Events Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Meeting and Events Sales Manager to join our team at a large international hotel company based in Lancashire.
Key Responsibilities- Direct day-to-day conference and events activities, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members.
- Provide mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback to improve team members' performance.
- Plan and conduct pre-event and post-event meetings with clients and catering staff to determine potential enhancements to the guest experience.
- Complete forecasts, plans, and productivity reports as required.
- Manage a team of 3 Event Agents.
- Experience of being a Meeting and Events Sales Manager.
- High standards, a can-do attitude, be results-driven, and have excellent attention to detail.
- A strong commercial outlook, determined to achieve results.
- Excellent customer care and focus and ability to think outside the box.
- You must have worked in hospitality, live in the UK to apply for this role, and have the right to work.
