About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Meetings and Events Sales Manager to join our team at HBD Partners. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving event sales and revenue growth, while delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients and agents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the event sales team, driving conversion and planning events with clients from initial enquiry to event delivery.
  • Oversee the day-to-day business, ensuring all processes and brand standards are adhered to, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Encourage the team to drive enquiry conversion and identify opportunities to upsell to clients.
  • Develop relationships with key clients and agents to ensure repeat business and drive revenue growth.
  • Be hands-on in managing event sales with clients when required, ensuring seamless event delivery.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary up to £35,000 per annum, plus a 20% bonus, making this a highly attractive opportunity for experienced professionals in the events industry.
