We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Operative to join our team at the Mercure Blackburn Dunkenhalgh Hotel & Spa.
About the RoleAs a Food and Beverage Operative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting your team in providing a memorable experience for our guests.
You will work in various areas of the hotel, including the bar, restaurant, breakfast, room service, and conference and events, ensuring that all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively.
You will be the face of the outlet, communicating with the kitchen and guests alike, and will be responsible for welcoming guests in a polite and friendly manner, consistently demonstrating great customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service and support your team in providing a memorable experience for our guests.
- Work in various areas of the hotel, including the bar, restaurant, breakfast, room service, and conference and events.
- Communicate with the kitchen and guests alike, ensuring that all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively.
- Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner, consistently demonstrating great customer service.
- Have a visible presence within your working area and ensure that all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively.
- Deal with guest complaints and react in a friendly and efficient manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Have a good insight knowledge of the hotel and its products.
