About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Operative at the Mercure Blackburn Dunkenhalgh Hotel & Spa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other teams to ensure a smooth and memorable experience for guests
  • Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests, responding promptly to their requests and queries
  • Deal with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Have a good knowledge of the hotel and its products, including menu items and promotions
