About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Swarovski. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading a high-performing team, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for luxury fashion and a commitment to excellence in customer service.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  3. Support the recruitment, coaching, and development of the store team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results.
  4. Work closely with the store manager to implement sales and service plans, achieving targets and driving business growth.
  5. Facilitate the onboarding of new starters, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
About You

We are looking for an experienced retail professional with a proven track record of success in a similar role. You will have:

  1. 1-2 years' experience working in a multicultural retail environment.
  2. Experience or a keen interest in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands.
  3. Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  4. Digital proficiency, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  5. A winning personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
