About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to join our team at Compton Care's Dudley Retail store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the supervision and operation of the store, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage the store's inventory, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and improve customer engagement.
  • Ensure the store is maintained to a high standard, including visual merchandising and housekeeping.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local community groups and organizations to promote the store and its products.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a retail or hospitality environment, with a proven track record of sales achievement and customer service.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, staff, and external partners.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
