Job Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a relevant degree or equivalent qualification, and hold current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). You will also require experience of working in a similar role, and possession of strong leadership qualities and an understanding of management styles.

In addition to your qualifications and experience, you will need to demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, and a passion for working in a multidisciplinary team environment. You will also need to be able to maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, and identify and minimise risk effectively.
