Job Title: Director of Strategy, Planning and Transformation

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Strategy, Planning and Transformation to join our team at First Clinical Ltd.

About the Role:

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to improve healthcare services and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver transformational change initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on service improvement and redesign.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with CCGs, NHS providers, and other healthcare stakeholders.
  • Manage and lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives.

About You:

  • Proven track record of delivering strategic plans and transformational change initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • Prince2 Practitioner qualification and experience of project management.
