Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Marketing Manager to join our team at Somerset House in London. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing efforts to enhance our business-to-business presence, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement across our partnership, sponsorship, corporate hire, and resident community.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B marketing, ideally within the arts, culture, events, or hospitality sectors. You will be familiar with digital marketing, content creation, and social media best practices, with strong strategic and analytical mindset to develop targeted B2B marketing campaigns.

You will lead strategic marketing efforts to enhance our business-to-business presence, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement across our partnership, sponsorship, corporate hire, and resident community. This role will focus on generating new leads, nurturing existing relationships, and executing integrated campaigns to position Somerset House as a premier location for creative enterprises, corporate collaborations, and innovative partnerships.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £32,000 per year, based on national averages for similar positions in London. We offer a range of benefits, including mental health support, hybrid working, and pension contributions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a cohesive B2B marketing strategy to enhance our reputation and reach within key industries.
  • Identifying and defining target markets, refining brand positioning, and crafting compelling messaging tailored to different B2B audience segments.
  • Driving comms plans for all our B2B touchpoints, ensuring consistency in our messaging and creative while tailoring to many different audiences and channels.
  • Designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, email, events, PR, etc.)
  • Collaborating with the creative and digital teams to develop impactful collateral, case studies, and content for campaigns.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and track trends across cultural innovation and creative entrepreneurship.
  • Tracking, analysing, and reporting on the effectiveness of B2B marketing activities using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Continually optimising campaign performance, testing new approaches, and refining strategies to meet and exceed marketing objectives.
