Job Overview

Ribbons & Reeves Limited, a leading education recruitment agency, is seeking an aspiring Year 5 Education Assistant to join their team in a highly regarded primary school in Finsbury Park, Haringey.

Salary and Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary of £90 per day, plus holiday pay, with weekly payments through PAYE. This full-time position comes with a range of benefits, including the chance to work with children from disadvantaged backgrounds and contribute to their learning and development.

Responsibilities
  • Support students either 1:1 or in small group settings in their learning and development while in KS2.
  • Work closely with the class teacher, providing assistance both in and out of the classroom.
  • Ocasionally support students with SEND needs, ensuring every child has access to quality education.

This role requires a strong commitment to education and a passion for making a positive impact on young lives. The ideal candidate will have previous school-based experience and a Bachelor's degree from a top 20 UK University.
