Sales Development Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads through education and marketing efforts, as well as managing existing leads to order stage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create new enquiries through education and marketing efforts
- Harvest incoming leads from our marketing and planning databases
- Manage leads through to order stage with clients or contractors
- Visit sites to complete site surveys where required and advise customers on layout and fit-out of Changing Places rooms and other facilities
Requirements:
- Regional Sales Manager experience preferred
- Able to communicate effectively with architects, venues, and organizations
- Strong understanding of legislation related to Changing Places Rooms
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Basic + Car + Uncapped Commission. Region: Midlands & North. Remote work options available.
