Your Key Responsibilities- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Utilise our CRM system to tackle customer inquiries, whether related to bills, complaints, technical meter issues, or booking engineer installations.
- Ensure Seamless Customer Experience: Efficiently top up gas and electric meters, ensuring a hassle-free experience for our customers.
- Energy Efficiency Expert: Share energy efficiency tips and tricks with customers to help them save on their energy consumption.
- Transaction Maestro: Handle PayPoint and Payzone transactions with ease.
- Sales and Service Goals: Work towards targets, consistently exceeding expectations.
- Utilita Ambassador: Promote our fantastic products to those who need them, driving sales and growth.
- Community Champion: Collaborate with local charities and organisations, making a positive impact while promoting our charitable foundation, 'Utilita Giving.'
