We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in the Colchester/Harlow area. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in managing human resources functions to support the well-being of our caregiving team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interviews.
  • Foster positive employee relations and address workplace issues in collaboration with management.
