About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead two special schools in the Co-op Academies Trust, providing strategic guidance and management expertise to drive excellence in education and support for diverse learners.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Headteachers to shape and develop the academies, promoting a culture of excellence and leadership capacity. They will also contribute to the operational and strategic planning of the schools, securing high standards and driving year-on-year success.

The role requires a strong track record of specialist or mainstream leadership, with a deep understanding of school improvement and a commitment to cooperative values and principles. The ideal candidate will be an outward-facing professional, able to articulate the vision and priorities of the trust and translate them into operational plans that promote and sustain school improvement.
