**Co-op Academies Trust: A Leader in Special Education**

We are seeking an exceptional educational leader to join our team as an Executive Headteacher for Co-op Academy Brierley and Co-op Academy Southfield. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience for our pupils with complex needs.

**About the Role**

As our Executive Headteacher, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, vision, and management for both academies. You will work closely with the Headteachers to develop and implement operational and strategic plans that drive excellence in all aspects of provision.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive excellence in special education
  • Provide leadership and management for both academies
  • Work closely with the Headteachers to develop and implement operational plans
  • Embed cooperative values and principles into the learning experiences for pupils
  • Contribute to securing and driving forward the educational experience for our pupils
