Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Edward Alsop Court in Westminster. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and accommodation for individuals with complex needs, helping them to recover and thrive in their lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide information, social inclusion, and vocational opportunities to support individuals to recover and stay well
- Exercise choice and control in their care and lives
- Participate on an equal footing in the community
- Develop a model of re-enablement towards self-advocacy, self-management, and empowerment
- Implement and promote the Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) model
We are looking for someone who is fundamentally calm and resilient, with a practical and logical mind and a natural ability to be well-organised. You will thrive on change and enjoy dynamic, diverse environments. You will be confident with high levels of self-esteem, respectful, articulate, and sensitive in your style of communication. You will be motivated towards excellence and improvement of personal performance with a can-do attitude.
What You'll Bring- Facilitate case conferences for all clients
- Line manage staff and support a caseload of clients
- Build and develop strong professional partnerships with external providers
- Provide necessary shift cover in line with rota requirements
