As a Cleaning Supervisor with OCS Group, you will be responsible for leading a team of cleaners at a prestigious customer site. Your main aim will be to supervise a team of cleaning staff, undertaking daily inspections of the site and ensuring staff are working productively and safely.

Working 39 term time weeks and 4 weeks of deep clean in school holidays as agreed with the line manager. Due to the nature of the work, holidays are not permitted to be taken in term time. A full enhanced DBS check will be undertaken. Working hours are 30 per week, Monday to Friday, 6am till 10am & 4pm till 6pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with customer representatives to address any specific requirements or concerns.
  • Manage equipment, materials and stock levels.
  • Train and develop staff.
  • Carry out general cleaning duties.
  • Control costs to ensure services are delivered within agreed budget.
  • Supervise quality control procedures to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Conduct team briefings to cascade information to staff.
  • Ensure staff present a professional image.
Requirements
  • Experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
  • Strong people skills.
