Job Title: Team Leader Children Residential

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Residential Children's Home in Matlock. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals to provide high-quality care and support to children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care professionals to provide person-centered care and support to children
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of children
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other teams and agencies to ensure seamless care and support
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role or in a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
