We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 6 Dietitian to join our innovative team of dietitians, dietetic assistant practitioners, and administrators in our Home Enteral Feeding service. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our service and providing exceptional care to our adult and paediatric patients across Southern Derbyshire.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading on the care of a caseload of adult enterally fed patients with a range of medical conditions. This will involve providing expert nutrition advice, conducting clinics, home visits, and phone reviews, as well as working closely with our hospital nutrition team.
You will also support the seamless transition of patients who are enterally fed into the community setting, and contribute to service development and improvement initiatives.
