Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled dietitian to lead our Home Enteral Feeding service, providing expert care to adult patients with a range of medical conditions. The successful candidate will work closely with our innovative team to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring seamless transitions for patients entering the community setting.

Main Responsibilities

The dietitian will be responsible for managing a caseload of adult enterally fed patients, providing clinics, home visits, and phone reviews. They will also work closely with the wider hospital nutrition team to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

  • Nutrition and Dietetics Degree
  • HCPC registration
  • Experience in managing enterally tube fed patients
  • Experience of working as a dietitian covering a range of medical conditions
  • Involvement in student training
