Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 6 Dietitian to join our innovative team of dietitians, dietetic assistant practitioners, and administrators who provide care to adult and paediatric patients across Southern Derbyshire.

Main Duties

The successful candidate will lead on the care of a caseload of adult enterally fed patients with ranging medical conditions. The service offers a variety of contacts, including clinics, home visits, nursing home visits, and phone reviews. As a service, we also link in closely with the wider hospital nutrition team.

The post will support a seamless transition of patients who are enterally fed into the community setting. The team is enthusiastic about service development, and this will be supported in this role.
