**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Organizational Development Business Partner to join our team at Lockton. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the professional growth of our Associates and enhancing organizational effectiveness.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Drive business performance by designing and implementing L&OD programs that align with our strategic business objectives
* Focus on client-centric capabilities by equipping associates with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional client service
* Empower leadership by developing and executing leadership development initiatives that build strong, agile leaders
* Foster strategic collaboration by promoting a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing
* Champion diversity and inclusion by ensuring our L&OD programs support our commitment to creating an inclusive environment

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in strategic L&OD roles with a focus on driving commercial, client-focused, and global outcomes
* Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
* Ability to align development initiatives with organizational goals and measure their impact
* 8-10+ years in a similar role, preferably within financial or professional services firms
* Experience of working in a large, commercially focused organization
* Experience of working at all levels within a business to C-Suite
* Strong consultancy and program design, delivery, and impact measurement capabilities
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
* Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
* Highly effective in achieving results both with people and through people, communicating clearly
* Responsive when operating in a dynamic environment, adeptly adjusting to changing needs and priorities with a proactive and positive attitude
