Senior Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager to join our Creative Marketing team at a leading Holdings company based in Belfast. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global industry leader and contribute to the development of our brand across all company literature and creative outputs.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with experience in SEO, CRM systems, E-Commerce, and digital marketing products. They will be responsible for leading our marketing efforts, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and managing our brand across all channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness
- Manage our brand across all company literature and creative outputs
- Lead our marketing team and provide guidance and support to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts are innovative and effective
- 2-5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a hands-on performance-oriented role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- High-level knowledge of Adobe products and digital marketing tools
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions
